On the weekend of Dec. 8-9, 2018, the five churches in South Orange County—Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Irvine, Lake Forest, and San Juan Capistrano—are planning to have a three-session blending conference (two sessions on Saturday afternoon/evening, and one on Lord’s Day morning). All sessions will be held at Hall 1 (4252 Irvine Center Dr.). Children’s service for grades K-6 will be provided for all sessions. Coordinated infant/toddler service will also be provided by mothers. A love feast will be held on Saturday evening and a box lunch will be provided on Lord’s Day. To ensure adequate parking for all, please follow the specific parking guidelines (also detailed in the conference information sheet). Please reserve this weekend for a time of precious blending with the saints from the nearby churches!

Children’s Service
Saturday: All children’s service at Hall 1
Lord’s Day: Infants/Toddlers at Hall 1,
Grades K-6 at Hall 3 (620 Roosevelt). Dropoff beginning at 9:30am. A simple pizza lunch will be provided for the children
Parking
Saturday: All parking at Hall 1 parking lot.
Please try to carpool as much as possible.
Overflow parking will be in the neighborhood
behind the meeting hall.
Lord’s Day:
All Parents—park at Hall 3. A professional shuttle service will be hired to bring parents back and forth between Hall 1 and Hall 3.
Irvine Saints—All Irvine saints should park in the Deerfield Community or Venado Middle School.
Non-Irvine Saints—Hall 1 parking will be reserved for out of town saints.
