This year’s International Thanksgiving Conference will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina from Thursday, Nov 22 through Lord’s Day, Nov 25, 2018. All churches and individuals are invited to participate in this gathering.
The meeting schedule is as follows:

4th meeting: Sat, 11/24, 10:00AM
5th meeting: Sat, 11/24, 7:30PM
6th meeting: Lord’s Day, 11/25, 9:30AM
All meetings will be held at the Westin Charlotte Grand Ballroom located at 601 South College Street, Charlotte. Translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish and Portuguese will be provided.
Childcare will be provided for registered children from Kinder through grade 6.

Reservations must be made on or before 5PM EST on Nov 4 in order to receive the reduced rate. Saints are encouraged to make their hotel reservations as early as possible in order to get the discounted rate. We ask the saints to only reserve the rooms that they intend to use and to cancel their reservations as soon as possible if they are unable to attend. Reserved rooms that are released after the Nov 4 date will not be available to other saints at the discounted rate.
